About Me

I am a California-based Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee, supervised by Lourdes Quesada, LMFT #40318. As a therapist, I am passionate about helping people overcome their challenges and connect with their inner strength and wisdom.

My approach is authentic, empathetic, and non-judgmental. I provide a safe and compassionate space for you to heal and grow, and I am committed to empowering you to improve your relationship with yourself and with others.

In addition to my work as a therapist, I am a mother, a daughter, a sister, and a wife. I was born and raised in Sonoma County and currently live in Marin County. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, hiking, and practicing yoga.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in clinical nutrition and Psychology and am currently pursuing a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology. I have experience working with children, teenagers, and adults dealing with issues such as depression, anxiety, self-esteem, body image, and communication skills.
